Justin has 25 years of experience in financial services and insurance. He is a successful executive with experience in leading teams and developing products, primarily in the spheres of exposure management, catastrophe modelling, spatial analytics and geocoding. His interactions with clients focus on adding value to their business through services, products and partnerships. He joined Xceedance from Xuber where he was director of the business unit that was developing and launching the new Xposure software platform. Prior to Xuber, he spent more than five years at EQECAT where he ran the client facing side of the business for the UK and Asia Pacific. He was also at Pitney Bowes for three years where he managed the UK and Ireland financial services team for the spatial analytics product lines.Justin is tasked with building the Xceedance brand and expanding the team within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.
