While I am frustrated at the implication that ANY computer might be able to simulate the Earth's climate changes (or any other complex, multi-factor network) with <u>100%</u> accuracy, this is a useful primer document for people wanting to dig into the implications of quantum computing (as opposed to all the documents on the technical side).
Take climate change for example: Because of the complexity of the climate system, seemingly endless data, and growing limitations on today’s computing power, no classical computer (like your desktop) can simulate the earth’s climate changes with 100% accuracy.
